Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Category Manager located in Karnataka, India. The Assistant Category Manager will be responsible for managing and analyzing product categories, negotiating contracts with suppliers, overseeing procurement activities, and driving sales. Additionally, the Assistant Category Manager will be responsible for implementing category strategies and conducting market research.
Requirement :

- Experience in the retail FMCG Industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Managing F&V category, Food, FMCG and Stamples on every factor like Procurement, Managing vendors & farmers, Supplying, stock controlling, assortment, store plan-o-gram (VM).
- Experience in Retail Industry as handling Category - Fruit & Vegetable. Playing the role of Merchandising and Responsible for overall F&V supporting to store team. Handling Own stores and franchise stores.
