About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled OKTA OIE Engineer to join our team in either Pune or Bangalore. The primary responsibilities include deployment of OKTA OIE, policy modification, onboarding, custom domain management, session management, token handling, and customer token management.


Responsibilities:

  • Deployment of OKTA OIE
  • Hands-on experience with policy modification, onboarding, custom domain management, session management, and token handling
  • Working independently on complex IAM stories
  • Contributing to application onboarding and migration
  • Building, managing, and maintaining identity and access security tools
  • Designing and implementing automation for efficiency
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting testing results
  • Performing other assigned duties


Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience required


Required Skills:

  • Experience with engineering best practices
  • Proven experience as an OKTA OIE Engineer
  • Proficiency in Java programming
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong documentation, testing, and automation skills
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to align technical needs with business processes
  • Ability to prioritize work based on business objectives
  • Experience with Agile methodologies/DevOps environment preferred
