About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our Product & Technology Team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation solutions using tools and technologies such as Okta, Azure Services, and Veza.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between various systems and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Configure and customize automation workflows to meet specific business needs and requirements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
  • Implement best practices for automation development, including version control, documentation, and testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on automation-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with technologies such as Okta, Workday Integrations, Active Directory, Jamf, and InTune.
  • Experience in system administration or IT operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of automation principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Okta, Workday Integrations, Active Directory, Jamf, and InTune.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation development.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, API development, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with API integration and web services for system-to-system communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering automation projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
