We are hiring for BID MANAGER in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower SegmentLocation: Noida, Sector 81, NSEZEducation: Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years' experience in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT ManpowerKey Accountabilities:- Manage the end-to-end bid process.- Responding to reactive and proactive bids / opportunities- Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer- Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.- Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions.- Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents,follow-up with client/partners till bid submission.- Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes- Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid- Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till end- For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and internal team.- Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for strategic tie-ups.- Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and Must have 2+ years exp in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower- Prior experience in GeM and other government bid portals- Good knowledge of RFPs is required- Strong relationships with OEMs is preferredWORK FROM OFFICE:What we offer:- A unique opportunity to join collaborative work environment in a hyper-growth context- The chance to grow your professional and technical skills, with real room for career progression- Medical Insurance by the company- An employee-friendly compensation structure that includes Tax saving components where the employee can save tax- Employee Engagement, Team outings (ref:iimjobs.com)
