JOB Description-MIS cum Accounts ExecutiveEmployee is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all computer-related activities within an organization also he should have excellent knowledge in Account related works. Role & Responsibility- assist with installation and integration processes, security issues, and program upgrades. can also provide remote tech support and troubleshooting services by phone or chat. monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting IT systems. briefs and developing IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements. Maintaining accurate and detailed financial records: This includes recording transactions, posting journal entries, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Reconciling bank statements: This involves ensuring that the company's records match the bank's records. Preparing and analysing financial reports: This includes creating income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Performing general accounting tasks: This may include data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks. Staying up to date on accounting principles and regulations: This is essential for ensuring that the company's financial records are accurate and compliant. Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders: This includes providing financial information to managers, investors, and other stakeholders. Using accounting software proficiently: Most companies use accounting software to track their finances, so it is important for freshers to be proficient in these programs.Eligibility- Candidate must have 2-4years experience in Management Information System & Accounts.Key skills and qualifications: Bachelor's/master’s degree in Graduation Mostly Commerce background Candidates are preferred. Strong understanding of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Hookup, pivot table) principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
