Position: Management Information System ExecutivePosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Management Information System (MIS) Executive to join our dynamic team who knows the advanced Excel. The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations and strategic decision-making.About Us: Shakti Brandz is a leading apparel house of brands renowned for its range of brands, including IVOC and Bene Kleed. We are committed to delivering the latest trends in fashion while providing exceptional customer experiences.Location: Bangalore, India OnsiteSalary: Up to 4-5 L per annumKey Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to collect and organize business information. - Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the management. - Release Sale Order based on demand. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support in data analysis and reporting. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and quality checks. - Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards. - Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and reporting systems. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data management.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. - Proficient in Advanced Excel. - Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles. - Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a very clear and concise manner. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to the success of Shakti Brandz, apply now with your resume and cover letter highlighting your qualifications and why you're the perfect fit for this role. #MISExecutive #JoinOurTeam
