Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Crew Manager to support the management and coordination of crew operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in crew logistics, and a deep understanding of maritime regulations and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of seafarers.

- Maintain crew schedules, ensuring vessels are manned according to operational needs and compliance standards.

- Liaise with crew members, coordinating travel arrangements, certifications, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with maritime laws and regulations, including health and safety protocols.

- Monitor crew performance and provide necessary support for their training and development.

- Collaborate with senior management to address any crew-related issues or concerns.

- Update and maintain crew databases and records.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in maritime studies, human resources, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in crew management within the maritime industry.

- Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hindi language is preferred.

- Proficient in MS Office and crew management software.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
