Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a crew of employees in a fast-paced environment
- Train new crew members on company policies, procedures, and job duties
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant or retail environment
- Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and providing accurate change
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety guidelines are followed
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to crew members to ensure efficient operations
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as crew manager, shift supervisor, or team leader
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and crew members
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with restaurant or retail industry standards and practices
