About the RoleWe’re looking for aVisual Designerwho’s equal partsstoryteller, motion designer, and illustrator. Someone who can turn static screens into living, breathing experiences — using visuals, transitions, and motion to bring personality to the Frnd brand. You’ll work closely with the product design and marketing teams todefine and evolve FRND’s visual identityacross product, campaigns, and social media.What You’ll Do Own and evolve Frnd’svisual and illustration library— ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. Craftstunning motion designs, animations, and micro-interactionsthat bring life to our UI and stories. Collaborate with product designers to definevisual hierarchies, transitions, and interaction patterns. Contribute to and expand ourdesign systemwith motion and visual components. Stay ahead of trends in animation, visual design, and storytelling — and bring fresh ideas to the table.What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience invisual design, motion design, or animation. A strong portfolio showcasingmotion graphics, illustrations, and storytelling through design. Mastery in tools likeAfter Effects, Figma, Lottie, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Understanding ofmotion principles, timing, and easing. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
