Talent Formula is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting talent to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We are currently building a high calibre Tech Team to support our Quantaco client.

About the Team & Role :
At Quantaco, we deliver advanced predictive financial data services for the Australian hospitality industry. We are the eighth-fastest growing company in Australia, as judged by the country's flagship financial newspaper, The Australian Financial Review, in 2022. We are continuing our acceleration through hyper-automation.
Our engineers are thought leaders in the business and provide significant input into the design and direction of our technology. Our engineering roles are not singular in their focus, allowing you to understand the hospitality business and different roles within the team.

The Quality Engineer is a new and critical role and one of three new roles that will establish Quantaco's technical presence in Hyderabad, complementing our existing team of 80 accounting professionals. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will have autonomy and a broad remit, working with your colleagues in India and Australia.
We seek an experienced NetSuite and System Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of NetSuite and other integrated systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite and other ERP systems, understanding of accounting, Payroll and other related modules of NetSuite as well as experience with system administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities :
- Configure and maintain NetSuite and other integrated systems.
- Provide user support for NetSuite and other systems.
- Work with business users to understand their needs and design solutions.
- Develop and implement NetSuite applications.
- Good understanding of accounting, Payroll and other related modules of NetSuite.
- Test and deploy code.
- Troubleshoot system issues.
- Develop and implement system security measures.
- Stay up to date on NetSuite and other system releases.
- Work with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of all systems.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite and other ERP systems
- Experience with system administration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of security principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified NetSuite with other system administration tools and technologies.
- Experience with system development and programming.
- Experience with cloud computing.
