**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain the NetSuite system configuration, including system security, data integrity, customized fields, and workflows;
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation for Financial Applications and Processes, which use, but not limited to, NetSuite;
- Effectively partner with Managed Services Providers for resolution of production issues;
- Design, develop, test and deploy NetSuite modules and enhancements, build customizations using extensions and scripts to meet business needs;
- Exhibit passion about Data Integrity, Data Modelling and Data governance;
- Manage requests for new NetSuite features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests;

- Assist end users in saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to meet operational needs, support month-end & quarter-end close procedures;

- NetSuite Community Enthusiast and Contributor;
- Expertise on Record-to-Report, Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash, and Reporting processes within NetSuite;
- Javascript experience (highly desirable);
- Project management experience highly desired;
- 5-6 years hands-on experience with ERP systems, including 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with NetSuite;
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required;
- Familiarity using collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Slack, Jira and/or Confluence;
- Certified SuiteCloud Developer (highly desirable);
- NetSuite Certified preferably at the Administrator or Consultant level;
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, NetSuite Customizations, Saved Searches;
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles, Sales and Business Operations;
- Proficient using SQL & BI tools;
- Proficient using SQL & BI tools.
