Employee Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate the entire journey, managing onboarding (documentation, induction) through to compliant exit processes (F&F, handovers).2. Operational Fortress & Compliance: Draft, review, and issue all essential employee communications (offers, promotions, confirmations, warnings, etc.)3. Data Analytics: You will transform raw data into insight by publishing monthly dashboards and analytics (attrition, headcount movement, joiner/leaver insights).4. Culture Catalyst & Engagement: Help us amplify our distinct Capitalmind culture.
