Designation: Sr. Analytics Consultant/ Analytics Consultant.

Location: Hyderabad.

Advanced Analytics Center at Value Momentum: At Value Momentum, we've strategically established an Advanced Analytics Center in to bolster our AI and Analytics capabilities in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance sector.

This unit is dedicated towards revolutionizing the P&C Insurance with cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions.

Advanced Analytics Center plays a pivotal role in company's overall IT consulting and services talent strategy, with a focus on capability development, fostering reusability, and stimulating experimentation and innovation.

Role Value Proposition:

- Support Vertical teams and Clients to understand their analytics needs and leverage cross functional teams to develop and land solutions that meet their needs at scale.

- Demonstrate curiosity and persistence in gaining knowledge about our solution accelerators and analytics delivery practices.

- Beyond a strong data analytics background, you will have to be a self-starter who is data-driven, proactive, and good at story boarding.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contribute to all stages of analytics delivery data preparation, analytics development: from problem identification, conceptualization, prioritization to solution development and delivery.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language that can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Hands on with data analyses using tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.

- Use hypothesis driven approach and apply statistical methodologies to validate your findings.

- Prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

- Assists in hiring, provide ongoing training and development opportunities, and foster a collaborative team culture.

- Support in solution design, filling out RFPs, analytics surveys, and mkt. research.

- Contribute to strategic decisions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

- Develop consensus and gain buy-in for strategic priorities.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement:

- 4-8 years of experience in data science and/or business analysis, business process and/or business requirements documentation.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in an Engineering/Analytics/ Economics/ MBA or equivalent fields experience.

- Solution Design and Consultative skills: Strong conceptual and creative problem solving skills

- Proven superior analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to learn the business aspects quickly, multitask and prioritize between projects.

- Ability to stitch data together, identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution.

- Experience with statistical concepts, basic AI algorithms, and insight generation.

- Good written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills; engage in meaningful manner with variety of audience, business stakeholders, technology partners & practitioners, executive and senior management.

- P&C insurance industry knowledge about emerging AI trends, AI tools and technologies.

Preferred:

- Familiarity of new age AI and ML techniques such as GenAI, foundational models, large language models (LLMs) and applications.

- Prior experience in P&C Insurance Analytics.

- Prior experience in Analytics consulting and services.
