Description :- Total experience 13+ years- Strong and progressive experience in project Delivery management, including a minimum of 67 years in a senior leadership capacity.- Proven experience in the Retail CPG and e-Commerce sectors.- Must be from IT development background.- Strong track record of managing teams of approximately 6070 members.- Capable of overseeing portfolios valued between $1015 million.- Extensive expertise in project delivery, team development, and operational management, with hands-on experience in establishing and managing new office locations.- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving organizational objectives effectively.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.RESPONSIBILITIES :- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.- Collaborate with global teams to align projects with business goals and client expectations.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.- Conduct regular status meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.- Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values and objectives.- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.- Serve as the primary contact for operational or setup-related issues within the office.- Collaborate with HR, IT, and facilities teams to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain smooth operations.- Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on office setup, team performance, and overall project progress.- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the organization.- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational excellence.Qualifications :- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
