Job Description :


Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Model (LLM) Specialist :


1. Model Development and Training :


- Successfully develop and train generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) to achieve desired creative outputs (e.g., generate realistic images, compose music).


- Train and fine-tune LLMs to perform specific tasks (e.g., text generation, translation, question answering) with high accuracy and fluency.


- Develop and implement effective data pre-processing and cleaning techniques to ensure high-quality training data for models.


- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on training processes.


2. Project Implementation and Integration :


- Successfully integrate generative AI and LLM models into existing applications and systems.


- Develop and implement APIs or other interfaces to allow seamless access and utilization of models by other teams.


- Ensure models meet performance, scalability, and efficiency requirements for real-world applications.


- Work collaboratively with engineers and product managers to define project requirements and ensure successful model deployment.


3. Research and Innovation :


- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, ML, and LLM research.


- Identify and explore new applications for generative AI and LLMs within the organization.


- Conduct research experiments to improve model performance, explore new techniques, and contribute to the field's knowledge base.


- Participate in relevant conferences, workshops, and online communities to share knowledge and learn from others.


4. Communication and Collaboration :


- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts related to generative AI, ML, and LLMs to both technical and non-technical audiences.


- Collaborate effectively with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.


- Document model development processes, training methodologies, and evaluation results for future reference and knowledge transfer.


Technical Skills for Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Model Specialist :


- Programming Languages : Python (primary), potentially R, Java, C++ (for specific tasks)


- Deep Learning Frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras


- Generative AI Techniques : Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs)


- Machine Learning Algorithms : Supervised learning (regression, classification), Unsupervised learning (clustering, dimensionality reduction)


- Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Text analysis, language modeling, machine translation, text generation


- Large Language Models (LLMs) : Understanding LLM architectures (Transformer, BERT, GPT-3), fine-tuning techniques


- Cloud Computing Platforms : AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
