Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager (IT & Power Distribution) at Tata Recruitment Services located in Hisar. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT and power distribution projects, including coordinating with various stakeholders, developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery. The role will also involve managing project budgets, resources, and timelines, as well as maintaining effective communication and collaboration among team members.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make informed decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in program management, particularly in the IT and power distribution sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of information technology and power distribution systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as creating and managing project schedules


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:


  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2)
  • Experience in the power distribution industry
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to IT and power distribution
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly
