Draughtsman/woman

Assisting with Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop design concepts and solutions for architectural projects. This involves researching design options, creating 2D and 3D drawings, and generating design presentations.

Drafting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Construction Coordination: Assist in coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other consultants during the construction phase. Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), prepare construction change orders, and contribute to resolving design-related issues that arise on-site.

Materials and Product Research: Conduct research to identify and evaluate suitable materials, finishes, and construction products for projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, building technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Project Management Support: Assist project architects in managing project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Help track project deliverables and milestones, and provide regular updates to the project team and clients.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with the project team members, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination. Communicate and present ideas, concepts, and solutions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

Code Compliance: Familiarize yourself with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements to ensure compliance in design and documentation. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

Professional Development: Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in architecture and design. Seek opportunities for professional growth through continuing education, training programs, and participation in relevant workshops or conferences.

**Salary**: ₹8,330.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
