Job Title: Lead - OTC Cash ApplicationWe are seeking an experienced Lead - Cash Application who can join our team within 30 days of notice period. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cash application, accounts receivable, and credit card payments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with lockbox systems and will be able to lead a team to achieve cash application goals.Location: ChennaiResponsibilities- Lead a team responsible for cash application, accounts receivable, and credit card payments - Develop and implement cash application processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors - Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve customer inquiries and disputes - Analyze and resolve cash application discrepancies and exceptions - Provide training and guidance to team members on cash application procedures and policies - Monitor and report on cash application metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivityRequirements- Candidate with Immediate - 30 days' notice period can apply - 8-15 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, and credit card payments - Strong knowledge of cash application processes and procedures - Experience working with lockbox systems - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skillsInterested candidate can share updated resume to brindha@gojobs.biz
