You don’t need to come from the KYC or banking background if you’ve managed teams, coached people, and driven performance in any industry, we’d love to talk to youThis is a pure team management role, where you’ll be leading a team of 25–30 members and ensuring smooth operations, training, and compliance with internal processes.What You’ll Do- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 25–30 members handling Video KYC operations. - Conduct regular training and refreshers to ensure team members are updated on process and SOP changes. - Monitor team performance, prepare performance metrics, and maintain dashboards. - Audit team calls to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to SOPs. - Provide timely feedback and coaching to improve performance and accuracy. - Collaborate with internal teams to highlight gaps, share updates, and improve operational efficiency. - Maintain a positive and engaging team culture focused on growth and accountability.What We’re Looking For- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor / Floor Lead / Assistant Manager (any industry). - Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills. - Hands-on with Excel or dashboard tools (preferred but not mandatory). - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 6-day working setup. - A proactive attitude with ownership and accountability.Life at sliceLife so good, you’d think we’re kidding:- Competitive salaries.
