Role: Sr. Software Engineer IIPosition Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: Long Term (Contract to hire)Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite in Bangalore or Chennai)We’re seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Java and AWS, along with hands-on experience in MuleSoft integration. The ideal candidate will be deeply technical, experienced in cloud-native solutions, and passionate about building secure, scalable applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel - Integrate and develop MuleSoft APIs for system and payment service connectivity - Implement and manage AWS Cloud services – ECS, S3, SQS, Step Functions, Lambda - Support DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, CloudFormation templates, and database setup/upgrades - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payment processors and web services - Ensure high performance, security, and reliability in all cloud-based deploymentsRequired Skills & Experience:- 8–15 years of hands-on experience in Java development - Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and open-source Java frameworks - Proven expertise in AWS cloud technologies and DevOps practices - Experience integrating payment gateways or transaction systems - MuleSoft experience (even 1–2 years) is highly preferred - AWS or DevOps certifications are a plusNice to Have:- Experience in serverless implementations using AWS Lambda - Exposure to enterprise-scale integrations or large migration projects
