the job:Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in channel partnerships within the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling global partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of executing complex partnership initiatives across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and manage strategic channel partnerships across global markets.- Drive partnership strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand presence.- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with partners.- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of partnerships and implement improvement strategies.- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in global markets.- Represent the organization at international events, conferences, and partner meetings.Qualifications & Experience:- 6-8+ years of experience in business development, channel partnerships, or strategic alliances in the e-commerce sector.- Proven experience managing partnerships on a global scale.- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across multiple markets.- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and performance metrics.- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
