Ecommerce Marketing Manager

• Own and manage Amazon and Flipkart PPC campaigns to drive sales and meet business KPIs.

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Amazon and Flipkart, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other ad types.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance and sales.
• Manage large advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend with a focus on improving ROI.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend); optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
• Stay updated with marketplace trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve ad strategies.
• Regularly report on campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations to the management team.
• Test different ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to continuously optimize campaigns for the best results.Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns, with a track record of driving sales and achieving business goals.
• Strong knowledge of PPC best practices, including keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad optimization techniques for Amazon and Flipkart.
• Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising Console, and Flipkart Analytics).
• Experience in running A/B testing, bid adjustments, and optimizing campaigns to achieve the best results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and align efforts with company goals.
•Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Seller certifications are a plus but not mandatory.Who Is Not an Ideal Candidate?
