INTERVIEW DETAILS:


Interview date: 1st June 2024, Saturday

Interview time: 10 AM to 12 PM

Venue:

Tata Consultancy Services, Garima park, IT and ITES SEZ Plot no 41, Gandhinagar -382007


Desired Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Shift: Should be flexible with Night Shift & Rotational shifts.

Mode of Working: Work From Office.


Education / Qualifications:-


Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in any stream



Job Responsibilities:



  • Posses adequate expertise in Blue collar hiring in large numbers
  • Excellent working experience in apprentice hiring, apprentice act and the government regulations and provisions of registration
  • Excellent knowledge and working experience in campus drives of ITI, local self-governance, institutes and sources of Blue collar candidate availability
  • Experience in hiring Temporary workmen and trainee categories required basis the plant requirements
  • Knowledge of competitors, wage structures and ability to do benchmarking is required
  • Experience in managing work pressure and ensuring the TAT’s or hiring huge candidates m-on-m is executed effectively
  • Knowledge of TAT’s, SOP’s and SLA’s
  • Someone who has managed stakeholders well under pressure and ensure creating a good rapport whilst being firm on protocols, challenges discussion
  • Extensive knowledge of various sources of Blue collar hiring candidates and create pool for proactive hiring


Technical Expertise –


  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word and ability to create data analysis, power point presentations for clients and leadership teams
  • SAP knowledge will be an added advantage


Competencies –


  • Good communication skills (not necessarily English speaking and writing)
  • Team player
  • Work under pressure
  • Stake holder management
