Role Overview:

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MFL is both challenging and rewarding. Tasked with the pivotal responsibility of enriching the company’s human capital, the specialist is expected to navigate the complexities of the NBFC sector, bringing onboard individuals who not only align with MFL’s values but also possess the dynamism to propel the company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to decode the nuanced requirements of each role.Employ innovative sourcing techniques to tap into the talent pool.Manage the recruitment lifecycle.Architect the employer brand, crafting narratives that resonate with potential candidates and reflect the ethos of MFL.

Ideal Candidate Profile:Someone who has honed their skills in talent acquisition within the NBFC/BFSI sector.Someone who embodies the spirit of MFL—agile, strategic, and forward-thinking.Must possess a proven track record that showcases their prowess in not just recruiting talent but in recognizing and nurturing potential.Their interviewing acumen must be top-notch, enabling them to discern the suitability of candidates for MFL’s dynamic environment.

Role Requirements:

Education Qualification:

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management

Experience:Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the NBFC/BFSI sector.Proven track record in full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring processes.Strong understanding of employer branding concepts and strategies.Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
