Tender Preparation & Prepare techno-commercial proposals for substation tenders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.


- Conduct qualification requirement studies and arrange necessary supporting documents.

- Coordinate the preparation of legal, auditor, and financial documents for successful bid submission.

Cost & Strategy Optimization:

- Prepare cost optimization strategies for substation tender items.

- Support the Bid Manager in cost/price analysis of project items, including benchmarking against market data.

- Estimate and optimize overhead costs, ensuring competitive bids.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the tendering function to enhance execution strategies.

Project Planning & Scheduling:

- Develop tender-specific time schedules and overall planning documents.

- Ensure alignment of technical, commercial, and procurement inputs within timelines.

Procurement & Coordination:

- Implement procurement concepts in coordination with the procurement department as per guidelines of the Tender Project Manager.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams for input consolidation.

Market Intelligence & Business Development:

- Identify new market opportunities in the power sector (domestic & SAARC region).

- Track sector regulations, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of substation EPC tenders, power utilities, and bidding processes.

- Expertise in costing, estimation, and financial analysis for large infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in tender documentation, contract terms, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost benchmarking abilities.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

CTC Upto 35 LPA
