Performance Marketing Executive – Meta & Google AdsExperience:2–3 years Location:GURGAONKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns acrossMeta Ads ManagerandGoogle Ads(Search, Display, YouTube). Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and optimize budgets for maximum ROI. Conductkeyword research ,A/B testing , andaudience segmentationto improve campaign efficiency. Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page briefs aligned with brand objectives. Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and performance reports. Analyze and report campaign performance using tools likeGoogle Analytics, Meta Insights, and GA4 . Stay updated onindustry trends ,algorithm updates , andnew ad formatsacross platforms. Suggest strategies forfunnel optimizationandretargetingto increase conversions. Track competitor activities and benchmark best practices.Required Skills & CompetenciesHands-on experience withMeta Ads Manager ,Google Ads , andGoogle Analytics (GA4) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data interpretation and reporting. Understanding ofe-commerce funnels ,pixel tracking , andconversion attribution . Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis. Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing automation tools is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for effective ad design and copy. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.Preferred QualificationsCertification inGoogle AdsorMeta Blueprintpreferred. Experience withShopify ,Amazon Ads , orperformance-based D2C marketingis a plus. Prior experience innutrition, wellness, FMCG , orconsumer brandswill be advantageous.
