Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Finance Specialist with good communication skill in English and Malayalam. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounting procedures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing financial advice, supporting budgeting processes, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and strategy alignment. About the Role & Responsibilities Strong expertise in Finance and the preparation and analysis of Financial StatementsProficiency in Accounting principles and practicesStrong knowledge in Excel software, Working expenses SAP or other ERM softwareDemonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insightsExcellent Communication skills in English & Malayalam for collaboration and stakeholder engagementEnsure alignment of project scope and funding at all stages. Track and monitor all project commitments, ensuring correct cost coding etcetcDevelop monthly project cost reports, including details of all budgets, commitments, expenditure and forecast to compare with previous and current. Experience More than 2 years experience in relevant field.QualificationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is advantageousExperience in the construction or engineering industry is plusLocation Calicut, Kerala
