- Preferred: Certification in Lean Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, or Theory of Constraints*Roles & Responsibilities*:


1. *Production Planning & Scheduling*:

  - Develop and organize monthly production schedules to meet customer delivery demands and optimize factory efficiency, with a strong focus on meeting revenue targets.


2. *Production Management*:

  - Oversee the production process to ensure products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, directly contributing to revenue goals.


3. *Operational Coordination*:

  - Establish and maintain a system for coordinating activities between operations departments, including purchasing, stores, production planning & control, design, and quality assurance, to streamline operations and reduce wastage.


4. *Leadership & Workplace Culture*:

  - Demonstrate strong leadership to ensure productivity on the shop floor, while maintaining a supportive and empathetic approach toward employees, fostering motivation and high morale.


5. *Quality Assurance*:

  - Continuously monitor production output and quality, promptly addressing and resolving any issues to minimize defects and returns, thereby enhancing revenue.


6. *Safety Management*:

  - Implement and enforce measures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.


7. *Lean Manufacturing Implementation*:

  - Develop a Lean Manufacturing plan, secure management approval within 30 days of joining, and initiate immediate implementation to increase efficiency and reduce waste.


8. *Resource Optimization*:

  - Manage factory resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to meet production targets, optimize costs, and support revenue growth.


9. *Cross-Department Collaboration*:

  - Work closely with the design department to ensure zero-defect manufacturing and with the quality assurance department to ensure timely dispatches, enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue.


10. *Process Improvement*:

  - Develop and implement strategies to enhance production processes, increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support a clean and green plant environment.


11. *Green Initiatives*:

  - Promote and implement initiatives to maintain a clean and green plant, incorporating sustainable practices and reducing environmental impact.


12. *Training & Development*:

  - Train and mentor workers, staff, and departmental heads to improve their skills and knowledge of production processes, boosting productivity and morale.


13. *Performance Reporting*:

  - Provide management with regular reports on factory performance, including production metrics, budget compliance, operational challenges, and progress on green initiatives, and seek guidance for continuous improvement.


14. *Revenue Achievement*:

  - Drive efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets set by management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through strategic planning, process optimization, and employee motivation.


15. *Employee Motivation*:

  - Foster a positive work environment, recognizing and rewarding employee contributions, and implementing motivational programs to enhance worker engagement and productivity.
