- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
- Architect, design, and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming
- Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, Field Service Lightning and data migration
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, Integrate with third-party applications and other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrity
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides
- Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the system
- Perform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
- Provide mentorship and supervise development team
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities
- Optimize scheduling and routing functionalities to improve efficiency
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing implementations.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
