Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialists (U.S. State/ Govt. Clients)
Location: Fully Remote / India (Night Shift)
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 pm IST - 4:00 am IST) to align with U.S. time zones
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based team to understand state government clients' recruitment requirements and hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future openings.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and alignment with client requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with client and company standards for candidate experience and quality.
- Track and document recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) for timely reporting and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience in U.S. staffing and for state or government clients.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 pm IST-4:00 am IST) to support U.S. client requirements.
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening for a wide range of IT and technical positions.
- Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Ceipal, Job Diva), Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with U.S. work authorization processes and client compliance requirements is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting for U.S. state or government clients.
- Demonstrated success in a competitive recruiting environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
