Description : : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria within Salesforce.- Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design and implement effective CRM solutions.- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).- Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.- Create and maintain documentation, including BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), and system flow diagrams.- Support change management activities, including training materials and end-user support.- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users throughout the project lifecycle.- Ensure Salesforce configurations align with best practices and organisational objectives.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce platform exposure.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.- Ability to create detailed documentation and communicate technical concepts in business terms.- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar requirement-tracking platforms.- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
