Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and

contribute to the design and development of our consumer-tech mobile app. As a Senior UI/UX

Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our app,

ensuring it is visually appealing, intuitive, and highly engaging. You will collaborate closely with

cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to create

innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

● Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, for our

consumer-tech mobile app.

● Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable

design recommendations.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the

intended user experience.

● Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design system components to

ensure consistency and efficiency.

● Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and

refine user requirements and prioritize design tasks.

● Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven

insights.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies

to continuously improve the UI/UX design process.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

● 6-8 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a focus on B2C mobile app

design.

● A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including wireframes, prototypes,

and high-fidelity designs.

● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, Sketch or similar software.

● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate user insights into actionable design

solutions.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present

and explain design decisions to stakeholders.

● Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.
