Position Summary:
The incumbent shall be responsible for GST Management, Income Tax & TDS Management of Xylem Learning Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- of books of accounts, revenue data and computation of GST liability on monthly basis.
- and computation of RCM Liability on monthly basis.
- of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B & Monthly returns.
- - 2A/2B reconciliation with books of accounts.
- GSTR 9 – Annual return and GST audit
- of monthly returns & making tax payments.
- over Input Tax Credit.
- new changes in GST Act.
- and resolution of query from operating team.
- with GST Authorities and consultants for Audit, Assessments & Appeals.
- reconciliation and payment on monthly basis and filing returns.
- changes in TDS / TCS rules.
- Income tax returns, handling tax audit preparing 3CD annexures, preparing computation of advance tax, preparation of computation of income and filing of online returns and complying with the due dates.
- the consultant in representation before Income tax authorities for scrutiny assessment, rectification application, order giving effects, obtaining refunds, other follow-up and providing data in formats required.
- track of notices and orders received from IT department.
- items in reconciliation and posting tax related entries in ERP.
- that the vendor invoices and payments are GST and Income Tax compliant.
- that the revenue booking, and sales invoicing are tax compliant.
- support to all stakeholders in tax matters.
- related Finance Team activities.
Qualifications and skills required:
CA/CA-Inter with 3-5 years’ experience in direct and indirect tax.
Experience in Tally, MS Excel, and any ERP Software.
