Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant with Tektology's Health Insights Team (HIT) based either in Gurugram, Haryana or Mysuru, Karnataka.


The HIT plays a crucial role in supporting our on-site consulting teams across various geographies. Leveraging their expertise in healthcare research, analytics, and strategy, our HIT consultants collaborate with Tektology leadership and consulting teams to deliver insights, develop solutions, and drive impact for clients worldwide. 


This role will support our account with a leading international education and workforce development organisation based in India, the UK and internationally, providing a range of collaborative services to their teams as set out below. After a period of 12 months there may be the opportunity to move to another role within our team or to continue to build out the account.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Client Support: Collaborate with project managers to address clientele which includes both healthcare providers and other partner organisations.  
  • Cross-team Support: Partner with onshore consulting teams across different global geographies to provide research, insights, and analytical support on healthcare projects.  
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on healthcare topics, trends, and best practices relevant to client projects. Utilise advanced analytical tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Project Contributor: Support project managers in developing deliverables of high-quality work and client satisfaction by adhering to project standards and best practices. 
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share latest developments, best practices, and learnings in the healthcare and connected industry sectors with HIT members and consulting colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership initiatives. 
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with HIT members and consulting colleagues across different global geographies to leverage insights, share resources, and collaborate on cross-functional projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide. 

 

Additional Internal Responsibilities  

  •  Support creation of presentations and proposals of low to medium complexity projects  
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including pitch packs, sectoral PoVs, news-letters, and thought leaderships 
  • Help manage social media and brand representation to bolster our presence with up-to-date knowledge and identify market opportunities 
  • Understanding Tektology’s service offerings and actively helping colleagues with the required skillset 
  • Building strong internal relationships within HIT, Tektology and our partner businesses.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Masters degree in a relevant field preferred
