Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.- Work with Oracle ERP Systems (E-Business Suite / Fusion Applications) to extract, analyze, and present business data.- Design and develop report templates using XML Publisher.- Write complex SQL queries to support data extraction and transformation needs.- Analyze data trends and provide actionable business insights through reports and dashboards.- Prepare and maintain Technical Design Documents and ensure documentation standards are followed.- Provide support to end-users, including training sessions and resolving reporting issues.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions.- Troubleshoot and optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.- Stay up-to-date with new BI tools and Oracle technologies to support continuous improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5+ years of relevant experience in BI reporting and Oracle tools.- Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and XML Publisher.- Hands-on experience in developing reports with graphs, charts, tables, and filters.- Minimum 3 years of experience on end-to-end implementation projects.- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.- Effective communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA).- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize reports effectively.- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and work in a dynamic environment (ref:hirist.tech)
