We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about sales and is looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic industry. This role requires dedication, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Proper training and orientation will be provided to final candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to penetrate the higher education and coaching institute market.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Principals, Deans, Directors, Administrators).
- Conduct consultative sales meetings and deliver impactful product presentations to demonstrate business value.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure consistent revenue growth by meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to leadership for business strategy.
Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate/bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 3+years of B2B/Institutional sales experience preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or Education industry.
3. Proven track record in consultative/solution-based sales with educational institutions.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
6. Willingness to travel within assigned territory to engage with clients (travel expenses covered).
