What You'll Do:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Utilize various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media) to generate qualified leads.

- Conduct market research and identify new customer segments for online sales growth.

- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

Sales & Relationship Management:

- Manage the entire web sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, effectively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

- Track and analyze key sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices to optimize online sales strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment and optimize the online sales funnel.
