To take our growth story to the next level, we're looking for a results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead partnerships with top-tier influencers and content creators from the US, UK, and Australian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Engage Influencers: Research, shortlist, and connect with relevant influencers, YouTubers, Instagram creators, parenting bloggers, and niche content creators in target geographies.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, professional relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration Strategy: Design creative collaboration proposals, including sponsored content, product reviews, affiliate partnerships, and brand ambassadorships.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate influencer campaigns from initiation to completion—briefing, contracts, content approval, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage an influencer affiliate program to drive leads and measurable conversions.
  • Market Insights: Stay on top of global influencer trends, emerging platforms, and competitive activities in our target regions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign ROI, track KPIs (leads generated, traffic, conversion rates), and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2–4 years in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or digital marketing, preferably with exposure to international markets (US, UK, Australia).
  • Network Savvy: Existing relationships with influencers in parenting, kids' education, or family lifestyle niches is a strong plus.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate deals and secure high-ROI partnerships.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; culturally sensitive approach to global markets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to measure campaign success and optimize future collaborations.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
