Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager located in Hyderabad.

- The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center, manage staff, ensure the delivery of programs and services, and develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

- Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Experience in managing operations and leading a team.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

- Proficiency in managing and coordinating programs and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, or related field.

- Experience in the NGO sector and working with people with disabilities is a plus.
