Solution Design :

PL-400 and PL-100 Certification :


- Certified in Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) and Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-100) with significant client-facing project experience.

Communication Skills :


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.

- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of insurance and banking industries, preferably with experience in Life and Annuities (L and A) and Property and Casualty (P and C) insurance.

SQL Command: Proficient in SQL and database management.

Power BI: Understanding of Power BI architecture and data visualization.

DevOps Lifecycle: Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with client-facing roles, including designing, documenting, assigning work, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example
