Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Solution Architect to design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team, engage stakeholders, and drive business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Design and develop robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate) with seamless integration to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Business Process Automation: Utilize Power Automate to create workflows that streamline business processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Power BI for advanced data analysis, creating interactive reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Custom Development: Develop custom solutions with Power Pages, integrating with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint for a cohesive user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts, fostering skill development and keeping the team updated on the latest tech trends and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support to maximize the effective use of implemented solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess existing systems and processes, recommending enhancements and innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate), Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Proven success as an Architect or similar role in designing and implementing technology solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to business challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s or certifications like Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
