At Burgeon It Services Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Power Platform Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of innovative Power Platform solutions. This role involves leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of Power Platform developers.
  • Solution Design: Design and develop complex Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to automate business processes.
  • Data Management: Configure and customize Dataverse to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integration and Automation: Develop custom connectors to integrate with external systems and APIs, and design robust Power Automate flows to automate workflows and streamline operations.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security roles and hierarchies to protect sensitive data and control access to Power Platform resources.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including exception handling and delegation issues, and optimize Power Platform solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Team Management: Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, assign tasks, manage project timelines, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, manage project timelines and budgets, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, and conduct regular project status reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Power Platform Components: Strong proficiency in Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Data verse.
  • Complex App Development: Experience in designing and developing complex Power Apps with custom connectors and integrations.
  • Workflow Expertise: Deep understanding of Power Automate workflows, including error handling and exception management.
  • SQL Knowledge: Expertise in SQL, including writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Security Understanding: Strong understanding of Power Platform security roles and hierarchies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, experience in Agile methodologies and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
  • Additional Skills: Good to have knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents, experience with Power BI.

Compensation: We offer an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.
