2005. We strive to bring the best in products to clinical diagnostics and life sciences research

laboratories in India, through partnerships with world renowned companies.


We are currently seeking Sales Executive & Product Managers (Sales) ‐ Technical to join our team.


Job Description:


• Conduct research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive

buying behavior for each segment.

• To plan and develop marketing strategies for target customer segment.

• Train and Lead the primary sales team, strengthening the products selling strategy

• Plan and execute strategies by customer engagement activities such as advertising, direct

marketing, trade shows/public events.

• Ensure customer experience in line with brand image and strategy and gain market insights and

plan marketing campaigns and tactics.

• Increase sales by actively selling to end users, maximizing consumable pull‐through.

• Plan, forecast and achieve objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts for their

business.


Qualification Requirements:


• B. Tech/ Master of Science / Ph.D (preferably in Life Sciences or Allied Medical Disciplines,

• 1‐5 years of experience in sales (preferably lab instruments). If candidate having lab experience

also considered.

• Knowledge of relevant markets and competitors landscape.

• Excellent communication skills at all business levels.

• Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks

and/or projects.

• Proven work experience in sales and developing customer relationships.

• Team working spirit and ability.

• Willingness to travel.
