Based on the outcome, the second round may be held in person, followed by an additional virtual discussion with the customer.Skills we are looking for : Google Workspace, Slack Administration and Identity Access Management (all skills mandatory)Job Description :We are seeking an experienced IAM Administrator with 5+ years of expertise in Google workspace, Slack Administration and Identity Access Management, user provisioning, and SaaS administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Slack, SSO, Google Workspace, and other enterprise collaboration tools. This role requires working in US shifts and ensuring smooth access management operations.Key Responsibilities :- Manage and administer Slack, including user provisioning, workspace configuration, and security settings.- Handle SSO Administration, ensuring secure authentication and seamless integration with enterprise applications.- Oversee Google Workspace Administration, including user and group management, security settings, and policy enforcement.- Perform Google Workspace Migration and Sync using tools such as DMS, GWMMO, GWMME, and GWSMO.- Manage Google Workspace Reseller Administration, handling licensing, user accounts, and billing processes.- Administer Zoom, including user access, licensing, and security policies.- Oversee BOX Administration, including access control, security policies, and data management.- Manage LDAP for authentication, directory services, and user provisioning.- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance IAM policies, automation, and compliance adherence.- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues across multiple platforms.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience in Google workspace, Slack Administration and Identity Access Management- Strong hands-on experience with Slack, SSO, Google Workspace, Zoom, BOX, and LDAP.- Familiarity with Google Workspace migration and synchronization tools.- Experience in IT security best practices and access management frameworks.- Ability to work in a US shift (night shift).- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Google Workspace Administrator or related certifications.- Experience with automation tools for user provisioning and IAM.- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
