The company focuses on innovation and sustainable solutions, enabling businesses to achieve their digital transformation goals with confidence and efficiency.Role DescriptionLocation: CoimbatoreExperience: 3- 5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Sales & Service Cloud within the Enterprise Edition environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to support our financial services workflows, ensuring scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency. QualificationsDevelop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Configure and optimize Financial Services Cloud features (e.g., Client Data Model, Action Plans, Financial Accounts). Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and middleware tools. Implement best practices for data security and compliance in financial services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and optimize license utilization and recommend cost-saving measures. Maintain and enhance Sales & Service Cloud functionalities for client engagement and case management. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and deployment using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills and Experience Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud and Sales & Service Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Knowledge of data modeling, security models, and sharing rules. Familiarity with Salesforce Enterprise Edition limitations and optimization strategies. Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.). Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred. Understanding of license management and cost optimization in Salesforce. Nice to have Experience with Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM. Knowledge of financial services compliance requirements. Familiarity with AppExchange solutions for FSC.
