Job Title : DevSecOps Engineer / Sr. DevSecOps Engineer

Location : Delhi (Onsite Client Site)

Job Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled DevSecOps Engineers to embed security within our DevOps pipeline and ensure robust, secure, and scalable deployments. The role requires close collaboration with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of security-first DevOps practices. The selected candidates will be responsible for setting up and managing on-premises DevSecOps tools, improving security posture, and ensuring speed, resilience, and reliability in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaboration & Advocacy : Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to promote DevSecOps principles and security awareness.

- Secure CI/CD Pipelines : Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and SonarQube.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Manage scalable, repeatable environments using Ansible and Terraform.

- Containerization & Orchestration : Deploy and scale applications on Kubernetes with Helm, ensuring reliability and performance.

- Vulnerability Management : Configure and manage security scanning tools like Clair, Trivy, OWASP Dependency Check, OWASP ZAP for early vulnerability detection.

- Secrets Management : Implement tools like GitSecrets and TruffleHog to safeguard sensitive data in code repositories.

- Security Monitoring & Compliance : Enforce continuous code quality and compliance with SonarQube and industry standards.

- Workflow Automation : Develop automation scripts to integrate security seamlessly into DevOps pipelines.

- Microservices Deployment : Manage multiple Python-based microservices on Kubernetes, ensuring performance and maintainability.

- Database & Messaging Systems : Configure and secure Apache Kafka clusters, manage Redis databases, and handle Sonatype Nexus for artifact repositories.

- Security Testing : Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments with tools such as Burp Suite.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years in DevOps with hands-on focus on Kubernetes & Docker.

- Strong background in DevSecOps practices and security automation.

- Experience in working with Agile/SCRUM teams is an added advantage.

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Kubernetes & Helm 3+ Years

- Linux Administration 3+ Years

- Jenkins / GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube 2+ Years

- Ansible (IaC) 2+ Years

- Git / GitHub 2+ Years

- Vulnerability Scanning Tools : Clair, Trivy, OWASP Dependency Check 2+ Years

- Secrets Management : GitSecrets, TruffleHog 2+ Years

- Automation Scripting for Security Integration 3+ Years

- Apache Kafka 1+ Years

- Redis Database 1+ Years

- Artifact Repository Management : Sonatype Nexus 2+ Years
