This role is suitable for bothpoint-and-click tradersand those evolving towardautomated frameworks . You will be expected to trademultiple products , not just single contracts, and takefull responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management .Key Responsibilities Generating positive cash flow on a consistent basis and with strict risk discipline. Portfolio & Risk Management : Maintain risk exposure within firm parameters. Performance Optimization : Continuously analyse and adjust strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data. Researching new strategies. Opportunity in Strategy Development:Build and deploy systematic or semi-systematic strategiesQualifications Experience : 1+ years buy side trading inCME, CBOT, Comex, ICE, CFE futuresat proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, family office. Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns ( specifically types of trading strategies – spread trading, calendar spreads, curve trading, arbitrage, butterflies, etc. ) Risk Management : Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management and regulatory compliance. Risk Ownership : Full accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns. Adaptability to different markets- trader should be able to trade contracts with different underlying assets, diversification encouraged. Key skills : Consistency, structured decision-making and strict risk discipline.Why Join Us?
