Work with large datasets to design factors, backtest strategies, and support live portfolio deployment.Responsibilities:Develop and test alpha factors, ranking models, and portfolio strategies.Build and run backtests; evaluate risk/return metrics.Clean and integrate multi-decade market and fundamental data.Collaborate with engineers to productionize models.Requirements:Degree in Math/Stats/CS/Finance or similar.Strong Python, SQL, data analysis, and time-series modeling skills.0–5 years’ experience in quant research or algo trading (exceptional fresh grads welcome).Knowledge of equity markets and risk management.
