This role includes delivering a3-day training program at SRM University, Chennai , with continued opportunities to teach atother engineering colleges across Chennaiand conductregular online evening classesfor ACTMEP students. Experience Required5–10 yearsof strong hands-on experience inStructural BIM Experience with real-time project environments, coordination, and BIM workflows Required SkillsetStrong proficiency in: Autodesk Revit Structure BIM modelling standards and workflows Clash detection & BIM coordination (Navisworks or equivalent) BIM Execution Plans, LOD standards, documentation workflows Family creation, template setup (preferred but not mandatory) Trainer ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured intermediate-level BIM Structural content (trainer knowledge must be advanced level) Conduct in-person training at SRM and other partner colleges in Chennai Teach regularonline evening classesfor ACTMEP Share industry workflows, examples, best practices, and hands-on demos Provide guidance and support during exercises, assignments, and live practice Training ScopeTraining Level Delivered:Intermediate Trainer Expertise Expected:Advanced Compensation₹20,000 fixedfor the 3-day initial training at SRM Additional pay for future college sessions and online teaching (structure will be discussed during the interview) Who Should ApplyThis opportunity is ideal for BIM Structural professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and sharing real-world project exposure with engineering students and professionals.
