AVIDZ is a leading music distribution platform helping independent artists, record labels, and creators release their music worldwide (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) along with MCN, CMS, and digital growth solutions.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth by building strong client relationships and expanding our presence in the music & entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in our services.
  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned leads and accounts.
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients through effective pitching and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with artists, labels, and content creators.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Manage client interactions and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and outreach.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (media/music/entertainment background preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM-based operations.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for music, content creation, and digital platforms.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
